WHAT IS Ballet y Flamenco's RETURN POLICY ?
Custom-made products
Returns are not accepted in the case of shoes, skirts, suits and/or shawls under article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
Cancellations of orders for shoes, clothing, shawls, castanets or instruments are not accepted after the order is confirmed.
Please keep in mind that these products are made to measure and to order following the client’s instructions, so BALLET Y FLAMENCO depends on the client taking their measurements correctly so that there are no problems.
Rest of products
In accordance with article 68 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, any order purchased at BALLET Y FLAMENCO may be returned by the customer within 14 days (except for those included in the previous paragraph).
BALLET Y FLAMENCO will refund the amount or provide a voucher for your next purchase for the value of the defective product, within a period of no more than 30 days, discounting the amount of collection costs, once the condition of the merchandise has been verified.
BALLET Y FLAMENCO will determine if the products are in the same conditions in which they were sent and will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product must be sealed, retain its original packaging and labeling, and cannot be damaged, incomplete, opened or deteriorated due to the customer’s fault.
- The shipment must be made in the same box that BALLET Y FLAMENCO has sent you or in some similar format that guarantees a return in perfect condition.
A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package indicating the reasons for the return.
In the event of repeated returns or claims due to poor condition or defective product by the same customer, BALLET Y FLAMENCO reserves the right not to make new shipments to said customer.
